Veronika Funk brings a unique blend of healthcare insight, business strategy, and a deeply relationship-driven approach to helping seniors and their families navigate important life transitions.

Originally from Norway and proud to call Northeast Florida home since 2006, Veronika combines a global perspective with strong local expertise. With more than 20 years of experience across senior care, business development, and consulting, she is known for building trust quickly, simplifying complex decisions, and guiding families with clarity and compassion.

Veronika is especially passionate about supporting seniors and their loved ones through the often overwhelming process of finding the right living environment. Most recently, she served as a Business Development Executive in the senior care industry, partnering closely with hospitals, case managers, and healthcare providers to coordinate care and ensure safe, thoughtful transitions. As a Certified Seniors Professional (CSP), she brings specialized knowledge in downsizing, relocation, and aligning care and housing solutions to each client’s unique needs.

Her background also includes leadership roles in corporate strategy and growth, including work in mergers and acquisitions and healthcare initiatives, as well as founding her own consulting firm focused on helping organizations expand and thrive. This experience allows her to approach every client situation with both empathy and a strong strategic lens.

Veronika holds an MBA from Jacksonville University, is an Executive Scholar of Northwestern University, and earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
